Parq Vancouver

Positioned on a challenging and previously unused site adjacent to BC Place, Parq Vancouver is an international entertainment destination featuring two luxury hotels, and a wide range of amenities, including downtown’s only casino, eight diverse restaurants and lounges, a world class spa, modern fitness studio and more. As Architects of Record, IBI Group designed the 800,000 sq. ft. resort inspired by the architecture of the city and the mountains that surround it.

The massing and character of this architectural expression is derived from an abstract converging of landscapes, unifying the city’s urban realm with its natural environment. Predominantly clad in glass, the major building components will maintain a seamless dialogue and transparency with the urban environment while expressing a connection to its natural setting.

Building off the existing venues and neighbourhood offerings, the complementary addition of this urban resort will strengthen the area’s social and entertainment synergy and become an integral part of Vancouver’s cultural fabric.
